The North Korean government trains its brightest math and science students in cyberwarfare, both at home and also abroad in China and Russia. According to South Korea's Defense Ministry, cyberattacks from North Korea have cost the country $810 million since 2009. The North Korean cyberwarfare unit is estimated to consist of at least 3,000 people and some say it's hard to attack them back because they have no substantial infrastructure to attack.
