Intergraph Mapping and GIS Solutions announced Version 5.0 of their GeoMedia product. The newest release features new dynamic query functions that include aggregation, analytical merge, buffer zoning, linear analysis and more. Version 5.0 is well suited for what-if analyses on the desktop or over the Web.
If a user changes the source data or the parameters of a query, the query results automatically reflect the changes. Users get the most current data for their analyses, enabling better decision support.

CyberMatrix Corp. released Proj Clock Palm, a project time tracking tool for PalmOS-based PDAs. Proj Clock Palm was designed for people that must track time billed to different clients or projects, such as consultants, engineers, lawyers and other busy, on-the-go professionals.
Proj Clock Palm was designed to interface with Proj Clock software for Windows. When away from their computer people can track their time on their Palm. When back at their PC they can import the Palm-collected data into Proj Clock for Windows.

IBM introduced a new ThinkPad notebook computer, the T30. The ThinkPad T30 offers a programmable multi-pointing system that allows users to choose the way they want to work and wireless connectivity that offers levels of security equal to a local area network connection.
The ThinkPad T30 is the first computer to offer UltraNav, a multi-pointing system that combines the latest full-function TrackPoint device with a new programmable touchpad. UltraNav's customized set-up software wizard allows users to quickly choose how they want to navigate.

Silent Witness released its second camera in the PrimaView series - the V29A Angledome. The PrimaView V29A is an unobtrusive, wedge style camera that, when used with narrow view lenses (12mm, 16mm), sees horizontal along ceilings and walls.
The V29A is lightweight and offers all the rugged, tamper-resistant features of a traditional Silent Witness dome camera. It has a low profile design to allow it to blend in with any surrounding and is weather sealed for indoor or outdoor locations.
