The NCLETTC will provide hands-on experience creating digital suspect composites.

SAN DIEGO -- The National Corrections and Law Enforcement Training and Technology Center (NCLETTC) will give 1,800 of its students year-round, hands-on experience, creating digital suspect composites, identifying and distributing crime-related vehicle information and enhancing digital images using ImageWare software.

"NCLETTC provides its students with a solid understanding of law enforcement technologies that will enable them to do their jobs better and more efficiently," commented Steve Morrison, executive director of NCLETTC. "ImageWare technologies are the standard in law enforcement agencies across the nation. By incorporating their software into our curriculum, we are exposing our students to cutting-edge solutions they are likely to encounter in their jobs on a daily basis."

"The NCLETTC is known for its state-of-the-art training facility that provides law enforcement with exposure to the latest advancements in mission-critical technology solutions," said Jim Miller, ImageWare's chairman and CEO. "We're honored to include ImageWare technology as part of the NCLETTC's investigative curriculum and provide officers with the technical knowledge to operate software that will speed and enhance the security investigative process." -- Jim McKay, justice editor
