Global E-Government Study Released

Brown University's Taubman Center for Public Policy released its annual survey of nations' Web presence. The survey, conducted by researchers headed by Prof. Darrell West, evaluated government Web sites and found that progress is slowing because of budget, beaucratic and institutional factors, according to a news item on Development Gateway.
