December 19, 2005 By

Security maker ESPION International Inc. recently announced it recently signed the West Baton Rouge Parish offices of Homeland Security and Emergency Operations to provide email security and Anti-Spam protection. Since Hurricanes Katrina and Rita struck Southern Louisiana in late August and September 2005, ESPION has been working with state and government officials to provide hardware and security solutions at reduced prices and in many instances deferred payments until next year.

"We are proud to provide services to the West Baton Rouge Offices of Homeland Security and Emergency Operations," says Ron Kaufman, ESPION's Chief Operating Officer,"We have been providing similar e-mail security services to the city of Baton Rouge for over two years, and we look to continue to offer assistance to local and state agencies in the future."

The solution is currently in use in every vertical market and has been tested and ranked as one of the most accurate and trusted solutions available.

Company hardware and support services have also been provided by ESPION to many affected agencies in Louisiana since Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and counts several agencies including the City of Baton Rouge, City of Monroe and Southern University.
