I just published a report titled, Traffic Gridlock: The Real Deal or a Pile of Nonsense? The report can be viewed at wellarconsulting.com, and slideshare.net.It is my finding that 99.99% of media stories and Google results referring to "traffic gridlock" are contributions to a massive pile of nonsense. I will be asking Mr. Ford for evidence to support his use use of the term.
