The Office of the Lieutenant Governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Virgin Islands Geospatial Information Council will sponsor the Fourth Annual GIS Conference Nov. 19-28 in St. Thomas. Held in partnership with FEMA and NOAA, the conference will focus on regional and local integration of GIS technology through business and intergovernmental collaboration.
