Michael Fork is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and the Director for IBM Cloud Storage. In this role, Michael leads a cross-functional team responsible for IBM Cloud’s block, file, object, backup, key management, and data import/export offerings from inception through delivery. Previously, he led IBM Cloud Storage Offering Management, driving 5x growth in revenue. Michael was appointed IBM Distinguished Engineer in April 2017 for his contributions to the storage portfolio, including Endurance and Performance storage, a global architectural refresh of Block and File platform, and the world-wide scale out of Object Storage platform.
