Managing digital identity is a struggle for most of us, and it is especially frustrating for people who must maintain multiple sets of credentials to do business with a single entity, like state government.
Some states, including Maine, Colorado, Delaware, and Utah have been working toward a federated system that lets subscribers use the same identification data across multiple applications and systems. It isn’t a simple thing to do but it can be done.
The Center for Digital Government Digital States Performance Institute (DSPI) invites you to participate in a special webinar that will explore how state governments are rising the meet the challenge.
We will be discussing:

- Ways to successfully confront the budget required to modify existing systems to accept the new system.
- Best practice examples of how some states are make the business case for integrated identity and access management to their organization and broader community of stakeholders.
