About our Speaker:
Joseph Morris is the Lead Analyst for the Center for Digital Government and Education, a California-based national research and advisory firm on information technology policies and practices in state and local government and education. Joseph has been with the Center since 2007 where he has assisted in the Center’s efforts in IT modernization through benchmarking and analysis, the results of which are reflected in a number of reports, surveys and blogs on a range of technology issues. Additionally, Joseph has led numerous large scale research projects resulting in significant business development opportunities for numerous IT vendors.
