Taipei's "CyberCity" project will roll out one of the largest citywide WiFi networks in the world. Similar to the networks planned for Philadelphia and other cities, Taipei's network will be hooked to street and traffic lights and will cover 90 percent of the city by the end of next year, according to Reuters.
