Thirdera, 3CLogic Launch Government Digital Service Tool

CitizenKey, which began development last year, is built on the ServiceNow platform and can be used by small cities and larger public agencies. It is designed to meet the demand for more government digital services.

Thirdera and 3CLogic have come together to provide a service management tool for public agencies — a reflection, the companies said, of the increasing demand for digital technologies in government.

The product, called CitizenKey, is designed for government agencies, according to a statement.

Built on the ServiceNow platform, “CitizenKey streamlines service management tasks for agencies that want to provide employees and constituents with a modern, digital experience backed by the latest technologies,” the statement reads.

The new tool is meant to help governments ranging from small cities to federal operations move past the hurdles of older systems and respond to citizen demands for more “consumer-like software.” CitizenKey can aid public agencies in deploying what the statement called “a consumer-grade constituent portal, purpose-built constituent services and digital voice capabilities.”

The tool includes voice and SMS features from 3CLogic such as call transcription and sentiment analytics supported by AI. Service desks in IT and HR departments can “consolidate their tech stacks, lower infrastructure costs, improve agency efficiency and increase (consumer satisfaction) scores.”

Thirdera and 3CLogic started working together in 2021, with development of CitizenKey beginning last year, according to the statement.

“Our public-sector customers have been clamoring for a solution that extends the value of ServiceNow’s products and enhances the experience of users,” said Jason Wojahn, CEO of Thirdera, in the statement. “CitizenKey is the first offering to truly modernize the service management experience for government employees. We will continue to invest in and expand the solution’s features and capabilities to meet our customers’ requirements.”
