Helen’s career has included both private and public sector experience, including private university, a major public university system, F500 financial firms, a startup, an internationally recognized think tank .
She has overseen major technology transformations, planned technology integration for two private sector mergers, directed the remediation of a Chinese intrusion, and coached senior executives on cybersecurity incident response.
Her most recent position was Chief Information Security Officer of the University of Texas System where she provided strategic support to fourteen academic and academic healthcare institutions.
She is also an independent director on the Board of the National Security Clearinghouse.
