Neo Launches 'Decoding Web3' U.S. College Campus Tour

The blockchain platform Neo is touring over a dozen universities across the U.S. to spread the word about decentralized, blockchain-driven Web3 technologies and inspire the next generation of innovators.

The community-driven blockchain platform Neo is spreading the word about the decentralized web, or web 3.0 technologies, in a countrywide tour of over a dozen U.S. universities, an announcement said.

According to a recent news release, Neo’s "Decoding Web3'' tour includes stops at Yale University, MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, NYU, Columbia, University of Michigan, Northwestern University, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, UCLA, UC-Berkeley, and Stanford University, among others. The announcement said the campus tour, which will end next week, looks to “inform, inspire and demystify the next epoch of the Internet” through panel discussions, development dives and discussions led by Neo community leaders.

Among the tour’s objectives, the announcement said, Neo aims to connect with audiences who will fuel technological and business innovations that further develop Web3; get blockchain, fintech and venture capital student groups to share knowledge and collaborate; and promote Neo and Neo N3 blockchain technologies, as well as incentive programs offered by Neo Global Development (NGD) - including EcoBoost, GrantShares and others as accessible Web3 entry points for student technologists and entrepreneurs.
