I certainly am no Colin Powell, and likely you are not either. However, we can keep trying to up our leadership game. I believe that reading books is one of the key ways we do that.
Remember, before you lead anyone else you have to lead yourself. So, don’t beg out of this leadership issue by saying you are not in management. We all are leaders in some form or fashion.
