Almost Free TV: Another Technology Example of Government Running to Catch Up

Mainstream media content providers are being challenged everyday by new technologies.

My earlier blog post spoke to the issue of drone technology outpacing government regulations. Another example I came across this afternoon is Supreme Court to rule: is stealing legal?

I believe that was covered under the Ten Commandments, but its interpretation as described above will be settled in court.  

Ride-sharing services like Uber are another disruptive service that's breaking with the tradition of paid taxi or car services that have plenty of regulations in place to govern their use. Thus the complaints against them by the regulated ride-service providers is great in number.

What is the next disruptive use of technology that will upset the apple cart as we have known it to date?
