Climate Hope

Climate work continues, despite the politics.

It is clear that the politics of the Trump administration is one that does not believe in the human causation of climate change that is revealing itself in the form of the frequency and severity of disasters.

Recently I had the opportunity to interact and listen to a variety of federal employees from a wide selection of federal agencies. When speaking about disaster resilience, the topic of climate change was mentioned several times. I came away with the impression that work on climate change is continuing despite the politics of the moment.
