DHS IG Report on Brock Long's Vehicle Usage

Brock Long is still the FEMA administrator. Here is a Washington Post story, Brock Long’s improper use of FEMA staff, SUVs included Hawaii pineapple plant tour, investigation says.

For me, the biggest issue is that he was informed/warned that the usage was not authorized. Perhaps he got bad advice or perhaps he just plain ignored that information — to his detriment.
