I remember when BioWatch was launched. Sensors were installed in major metropolitan areas around the United States and Seattle was one of them.
Throughout its existence I have never heard anyone involved with it or supposedly a benefactor of the program speak positively about it. At this point it is likely only the contractor who gets millions in funding from the program who is in favor of it.

I’m reminded of an old saying: “The only thing harder than starting a new program is stopping one.” Stop throwing good money after bad things.
