International Association of Fire Chiefs Looking for Mutual Aid Experience for Survey

The survey says ...?

Maybe you are tired of responding to surveys. However, without input from a wide range of respondents, the results of a survey can be skewed. So, if you have the time and experience to respond and help the quality of the survey effort, see the request below. Note there is a time-sensitive nature to the request.

Fire/EMS officers and homeland security practitioners that know fire/EMS officers: We can use your input! I'm participating in a group with the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) to create a IAFC/USFA Fire and EMS Multi-Agency Preparedness and Operations Guide. As part of the project, they are looking for your participation in a study to identify effective uses of mutual aid and multiagency coordination. This study, and the derived best practices, will provide the foundation to develop the Guide that will outline partner agency mutual support, missions, capabilities, resources, authorities, needs, etc. to support State, Local, Territorial, and Tribal (SLTT) fire and EMS leadership. By providing feedback and example mutual aid agreements, MOUs/MOAs, and other relevant documents, you are informing best practices and assisting the public safety community. The survey will be closing soon so please try and complete it before the end of the week: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/fd31cfdebd204c2d9274a044aa761cee
