International Disaster Response Expo — London

I've written often about the nexus between emergency management and other disciplines, e.g., risk management, information technology, security. This International Disaster Response Expo in London, has aligned themselves with a security expo, "The event is also co-located alongside the award winning International Security Expo (ISE) which attracts over 12,500 professionals."

Security types might not immediately see the connection (many being former law enforcement :), since I was a director of security at the Port of Tacoma for four years, I can see the connections immediately! 

So if you looking for a reason to go to London in November ...
