Is a COVID-19 Booster Shot Morally Wrong?

When the world is struggling to get their first vaccination.

I have to admit that the thought that a third booster shot of a coronavirus vaccine would be immoral never crossed my mind.

Listen to this The Daily podcast: “Do We Need a Third Covid Shot?”

There is much more in the podcast than the question I pose above.

Basically, the question of a third booster shot is still being hotly debated by the professionals who study vaccines.

Perhaps the existing vaccines we have will provide protection for years, thus negating the need for a booster. The economics of getting new vaccines to Americans is also addressed. A company can make a boatload more money by selling vaccines to the United States government rather than other third world nations.

Perhaps this podcast will strike new cords in your thinking, too.
