Is Oregon About to Go Backward on Disaster Resilience?

Hurting development, sending the wrong message to residents and developers ... this is the type of language that I'd expect to be hearing in Florida as it pertains to climate change and sea level rise. But someone has gotten the ear of some Oregon state legislators and what they are saying does not bode well for disaster resilience — long-term — in that state.
