Job: Emergency Management Operations Process Specialist

A sign of the future.

The job title is a bit unusual, Emergency Management Operations Process Specialist, but is a sign of the times.

Even if you are not looking for a position, this describes the job of someone trying to get the most out of technology to support regional emergency management programs.

You will need to have a larger program to afford someone dedicated to this, but think about incorporating some of the duties into your existing job descriptions and look for technologically oriented people to fill those when they come open.

The one hazard I see is a "tech person" seeing a "tech solution" for every problem. ...  which could be dangerous too.
