Tsunami Program Coordinator Since there is so much movement of personnel into and out of the organization, I don't recall if this is a new position, is there someone already there as a project person, etc.
The Tsunami risks are huge here in the Pacific Northwest, so there is plenty to do! Most people only think of the
Cascadia Subduction Fault risk, but there are others like
seiches that happen on inland bodies of water during earthquakes. There is a
NOAA Simulation of a tsunami in Elliot Bay--Seattle
The football and baseball stadiums along with all the fuel for the region, port, etc. are in its path.
