I am positive that other states will replicate North Dakota’s legislative actions in the coming months. It is a natural progression, given all the threats and nefarious actions by criminals and nation-states to scam money from individuals and institutions.
The question I have (I was educated as a teacher, by the way) is where do you put the curriculum? In science, social studies, math perhaps? How about as a word problem: “If Johnny is asked for $10 in ransom money, and he only has $5 in his piggy bank, how much more money does Johnny need to get from his parents to pay the ransom?”
