One Presidential Candidate's Disaster Resilience Plan

I agree with much as written, but not all.

Likely Elizabeth Warren has a disaster resilience plan, since she is reported to have a plan for everything. But hers is not the one highlighted here. See Pete Buttigieg's disaster resilience approach below. It is not a huge tome, easily readable. The national insurance plan is something I don't agree with. It will just enable people to live in riskier locations, by their own choice, while government subsidizes their risk.

Here's the plan, Resilient Communities: A New Disaster Preparedness Approach.

I try to follow politics closely and in all the presidential campaigns there has never been a debate question related to disasters or the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Given the border issues of the past three years and significant natural disasters, I fully expect that there will be climate change dialog coming in the debates next fall.
