Tough to Be FEMA

Administering disaster recovery rules and expectations.

When does a disaster start and when has it ended? That is one of the very basic elements of declaring a disaster. Unfortunately for some, they are getting caught in the gap between sequential events. See FEMA's response will be interesting.

This is an opinion piece, so the facts in it are slim. The last card anyone can play is a political one, and that is what is happening here. I've been in situations like this before with administrative rules and judgment being applied far from the homeowners looking for relief. 

I do know that there is no satisfying everyone!
