Tracking Immigrant Groups as an Intel Function

Not something I knew was happening.

The following news item from NBC was not something I had seen in the past — yet, it must have existed: “Biden admin to build intelligence-gathering cell to track groups of migrants headed north.”

I expect the rationale is not to be surprised like they were recently when thousands of Haitians seeking entry to the United States showed up on our southern doorstep.
