What Risks Does Switzerland Face?

Looking beyond the borders of the United States.

As I've written before, traditionally, we emergency managers are consumed with what is happening here in the United States. A really big disaster happening somewhere else might capture our attention for one news cycle, but then we are back to our mono focus on the USA.

Disasters and Emergencies in Switzerland 2015 is a PDF available from the Swiss Office for Civil Protection (it's under "Documents" at the bottom of the page). This is a look at their hazards. See the charts on pages 13 and 14 that graph how they see their risks. I think their cyberanalysis is a bit off on frequency, but ... who am I to really know.
