Artificial Intelligence (AI) is fed by data. Lots of data exists, but it is stored by a wide variety of agencies in various locations that might not have it accessible to agencies outside of the parent department that generated/collected the data. Breaking down those walls will be key to maximizing the use of AI for emergency management purposes.
