Will the Coast Guard Be a Victim or Come to the Rescue?

The Coast Guard is the first line of defense against a massive tsunami. Will it also be an early victim?

It is pretty rare that I can read an article in the popular press and not find something to poke a hole in it about. Now, I'm not a mariner or a helicopter pilot; however, I do understand the hazard and the location of assets being discussed in the article. Which I think is well written and reflects the challenges of location, location, location.

I think the accuracy comes from the writer being more involved with the topic through the years.
