How to Host a Twitter Town Hall

Getting attendees to your traditional public meeting is sometimes tough to do, so let's take it up a notch and host a Twitter Town Hall.

Although you're not meeting face-to-face (though you could include a video aspect like the White House did last year), you still have the ability to converse about important issues. Plus, you get to leverage the social tool to show citizens that you aim to connect with them in places outside the walls of your government building.

Use this video as a guide for hosting a Twitter Town Hall. I've included advice from the U.S. Health & Human Services Department and what they learned from Town Halls for their Stop Bullying campaign.
