A Sneak Peek at the 2022 State of GovTech Summit — ICYMI

Adam Henry of Arlington County, Va., and CivStart's Sarah Nicoll join Dustin Haisler to discuss what attendees can expect to see, hear and learn from government leaders, startups and investors at the October 2022 event.

Over the last decade, the government technology market has experienced rapid growth and acceleration driven by a perfect storm of market dynamics — including democratized technology infrastructure, reduced friction in the procurement process, increased access to funding for scaling startups and a growing number of entrepreneurs targeting government as their primary customer. Accelerated by the pandemic, the gov tech market shows no signs of slowing down and, as history has shown, is recession-proof.

Building upon the success of the 2021 State of GovTech event, CivStart and Government Technology have partnered with AWS and InState to bring together government IT leaders, industry trailblazers, investors and entrepreneurs in Arlington, Va.

This week, guests Adam Henry of Arlington County and Sarah Nicoll from CivStart preview some of what they intend to share at the event and why they are excited to participate.
