ClearGov Goes Nationwide The GovTech 100 startup, which was originally only in selected states, now has data portals for virtually every municipality in the country.

ShotSpotter Sets IPO Targets The company expects a share price between $10-12 and wants to raise $26.6 million, according to an updated SEC filing. Half of the money would go toward paying off debt.
