Steve Dooley has been appointed interim commissioner.

An unofficial source has just told Government Technology that following the resignation of Kentucky CIO Mark Rutledge last month, Steve Dooley has been appointed interim commissioner and Jim Barnhart is now deputy commissioner. Rick Boggs is executive director of the Office of Infrastructure Services.
