Microsoft’s Internet browser that no one uses anymore was officially voted the top pain point among developers when it comes to getting on the Web. One of the questions in the Mozilla Developer Network's 2020 Browser Compatibility Report asked, “Overall, what is your top pain point with browser compatibility?” Internet Explorer was the top answer, with 21.8 percent of respondents naming it.
The second-highest pain point was general layout and styling problems, chosen by 14.1 percent of respondents. Apple’s Safari browser was named as the third biggest pain point.
