NASCIO’s 2013 Annual Conference wrapped up Wednesday after four days of discussion that covered everything from boosting government innovation to building the FirstNet nationwide public safety network. e.Republic photographer David Kidd was onsite for the conference in Philadelphia and captured these images from the event.
