Chris Davis is a Sr. Systems Administrator with the , City of Huntsville, Alabama, where he is responsible for the City’s growing operational IT footprint, including the physical and virtual infrastructures, structured and unstructured data storage, and implementation of security policy and practices.
Chris has been a system or network administrator for over 20 years, working in and supporting industries that range from retail and TV broadcasting, to commercial services and engineering design. His current position within the City of Huntsville has afforded him the ability to further broaden his experience by extending his knowledge into the realm of security and data center operations
In his spare time Chris enjoys wood working, including cabinetry and building furniture. He has also been known to assist his wife with her photography and crafting hobbies, and is an avid supporter of his three daughters many endeavors and passions.
