David Cohn has been at the forefront of the Kubernetes, container and DevOps movements since inception and is an expert in not only the Day 1 & 2 operations associated, but the cultural shift required to successfully adopt modern principles of application delivery. He currently serves as the Cloud Native and Hyperscale Field Strategy Lead for the North American Public Sector at Red Hat where he works with the largest modernization and transformation projects in United States Government. David carries nearly 20 years of IT industry expertise having led global teams during the virtualization wave and helping to build multiple early stage start-ups focused on container orchestration, Kubernetes and cloud native application development prior to joining the world's open source leader at Red Hat.

Dan is a software delivery specialist at Red Hat who has helped organizations adopt DevSecOps and Agile principles across Federal, State and Municipal governments as well as various verticals in the private sector. Before entering the world of software delivery, Dan spent 8 years as a multi-faceted cybersecurity analyst, intelligence analyst, and team leader in the US Intelligence Community. Dan also held the role of lecturer and curriculum designer in Cybersecurity at the University at Albany. Dan is incredibly passionate about helping organizations continuously build reliable, usable, and secure software for their consumers.

William (Bill) Rials, Ph.D., is a professor and associate director (department chair) of the Tulane University School of Professional Advancement IT and Cybersecurity Program. Where he focuses on continually delivering and updating the program curriculum based on innovative and emerging technologies, before transitioning academia and higher education, he had a diverse government technology career delivering value to state agencies, local governments, and law enforcement agencies throughout the State of Mississippi.
