Kevin W. McCarthy is a Director of Product Marketing at Experian Data Quality. He leverages his vast experience with Data Quality technology and customer implementations to help clients achieve their Data Management objectives. Kevin has spent more than 20 years in the Data Management space, first as a professional services consultant and later developing product management and product development functions, responsible for development, documentation, and customer support. As part of Experian’s global product management team, Kevin works to bring practical Data Quality solutions to market by understanding customer expectations and changing market dynamics. He is a frequent blogger and expert panelist. Kevin graduated from Merrimack College with degrees in Computer Science and Psychology. Kathleen Dalton, Ph.D., worked both as a senior government decision-maker and trusted consultant in more than a dozen jurisdictions, and with countless provider and not-for-profit organizations. As a former Assistant Secretary to the Governor and Commissioner of Social Services, her insights and experience span all health and human service programs. She has also held key roles in Public Safety and Justice, Juvenile Justice, Mental Health and Addictions services organizations, leveraging her extensive experience with public policy, operations and technology to provide strategic direction and guidance on integration of essential services. Her current passion involves using integrated data to help government entities deliver services more efficiently and effectively. Dr. Dalton currently serves as a thought leader, consultant and subject matter expert for EDGE Government Solutions, LLC her NYS certified woman owned business.
