Moe stepped down from his role with Virginia after over six years of service in January 2022. In April 2022, transportation IT chief Robert Osmond was appointed to the CIO role.
During Moe’s time with the Virginia Information Technologies Agency, he made strides like overseeing the end of a 12-year contract with Northrop Grumman, modernized procurement processes and established performance metrics for the IT agency’s services.
His service took place under the leadership of two governors: Ralph Northam and Terry McAuliffe.
Prior to his experience with the commonwealth, Moe served as CIO of the U.S. House of Representatives and as a U.S. Navy submarine officer.
With Iron Bow Technologies, Moe will be bringing his public-sector expertise to support organizations in this space.
