What percentage of government workers who underwent training actually applied new skills to their jobs?

Answer: 43 percent

According to "The Most Effective, Least Expensive Way to Protect Your Training Investment," a new research report from project management training company ESI International that surveyed more than 17,000 government learners between October 2010 and March 2012, 72 percent of students predicted they would apply new skills to the job following training.
