It’s no secret that dogs love to be petted — forever and ever, if they had their way. Unfortunately, petting requires effort and humans can’t keep going forever, much to the dismay of their furry friends. If anything can come up with a solution to this problem, it must be technology, right?
Right. Someone has invented a Rube Goldberg-style machine that can literally provide endless pets. The device consists of an elaborate set of cogs and wheels that power two poles with wooden hands on the end. As long as the machine has power, a dog can enjoy pets for as long as it likes.
Provided, of course, the dog is tall enough for the machine to reach.
