FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. -- The Bi-County Police Information Network (BiPIN), a consortium of various law enforcement agencies in Franklin and Benton Counties, Washington, has begun implementation of a computer aided dispatch, law enforcement records management system, jail management system, and mobile field reporting solution from Intergraph Public Safety.
