Eighth-grader Domanik Green of Paul R. Smith Middle School in Holiday, Fla., was recently arrested on charges of offense against a computer system and unauthorized access – a felony – after he used a password to gain access to the computer and changed the desktop background to an image of two men kissing. The computer also contained encrypted answer keys for standardized tests, though those were not accessed.
