Where will Google Fiber go next?

Google is building a fiber network to connect those parts of the nation that have Internet access via wireless connection and undersea cable. The buildout is part of a larger project, called Project Link, which is aimed at spreading Internet access around the world, including African nations like Uganda. About 16 percent of Africans have Internet access.
