London-based analytics company The Outside View is now having its employees to participate in a compulsory health screening program to track their eating, sleeping, activity and mood.

Through the use of a variety of mobile apps, employees are required to report various metrics of their lives, including reporting their happiness levels throughout the day. Some have questioned the ethics of such a practice, while others have pointed out that it is work related, because it’s an analytics company. Read the full story at The Guardian.
