Gmail may soon be banned as a method of official communication for government officials in which country?

Many state officials in India use the Google email service as their official email addresses, according to the Times of India. Officials will likely be required instead to use an Indian email service such as the one provided by India's National Informatics Centre. This development is the result of recent news about PRISM and the U.S. government’s data monitoring policies. Users of other email service providers with servers in the United States will reportedly also be asked to switch.
