Job: FEMA Mitigation Specialist--NYC

This is a GS-11/12 position, Natural Hazards Program Specialist described as, "You will serve in the Region II, Mitigation Division, Floodplain Management and Flood Insurance Branch,Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  In this position, you will make sound [you were expecting they might say "stupid or silly?"] flood hazard decision-making at the Federal, State and local levels of government and the private sector."

 

The pay looks good, but remember it is New York City!
